be deferred to the veterinarian of the client's choice.

the realm of a home-care service.

bonded and maintains high standards of honesty and integrity.

animal, client and personal safety as their top priority.

not misappropriate funds or belongings and holds honesty and reliability to be
of utmost importance.

confidentiality for both clients and company.

reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety
concerns, financial concerns or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

accesses all available multi-discipline services to ensure quality care.

Care will
not accept shared responsibility with a second party for animal care.

Where appropriate, all pets must have a veterinarian and be
currently vaccinated.

Cats may be visited (if owners request) every second day if
they eat dry food. Cats that eat wet food should be visited on a daily
basis.

Dogs require a lot of attention
and will be visited on a
daily basis only.

Visitors will not be allowed in the home unless specific
directions and permission have been given by the client.

not accept third party bookings. Interviews must be conducted with the pet owner

Care will
not accept clients in which, the client lives in a dangerous area, or the client
is outside of the service area.

Care will
not watch children or adults under any circumstances.

Indoor cats must stay indoors unless restrained by a lead or
unless they regularly use a cat door. We will not accept in and out cats.

No pets will be allowed to roam or allowed off leash under
any circumstances while out of doors.

Parking spaces must be available and accessible.

Care will
not accept time specific calls as we can not guarantee specific times
accurately. A three hour window is acceptable. Once a day calls usually are
mid-day and usually at the same time each day.

Care will
water indoor plants as part of regular service should the client wish but will
not water lawns. We will however, turn on a sprinkler system at the client's
request.

Care will
not sit for or consult for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled
medical conditions. We would suggest the pet be boarded at the client's
veterinarian. This does not apply to controlled conditions such as diabetes,
renal failure, epilepsy, lupus, etc .

We will not accept biting or aggressive animals.

Critter
Care will
not sit for pet shops or kennels, only house pets.

Business and visiting hours fall between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00
p.m. and services are usually completed within this time frame unless we are
behind schedule.

We will not walk unruly or untrained dogs or dogs who choke
themselves on their lead.

We serve to enhance health and therefore will not feed
animals junk food or unhealthy food.
